- In-person attendees will receive the benefits of attending live sessions with networking opportunities plus all virtual content for any sessions you did not make it to.
- Virtual attendees are purchasing access to prerecorded breakout session content, live-streamed plenary sessions, any hybrid sessions during the duration of the National Conference, and resources only. Content will launch at the same time it is presented at the National Conference.
- All content will be available through the conference app or special conference website. So whether in person or virtual, all attendees will have access to and utilize the app or website for the event.

- Pre-Conference workshops can be registered for when you register for the conference.
- Please note: There are no refunds on Virtual Conference registration.

*Please note the following important information regarding registration and NACEP membership rates for the National Conference:
Membership Rates
Discounted member registration rates are available to current, paid NACEP members only.
You must have an active membership at the time of registration to qualify for the member rate.
If you register at the non-member rate and later become a member, the difference in registration fees will not be refunded.
If you register at the non-member rate, the difference in registration fees will not be refunded.
If you have an unpaid registration from a prior event, a new event registration will not be honored until payment is received for both the prior and new events.

Cancellation, Refund, and Registration Policy
Important Dates
July 31, 2026 – Early-bird registration deadline
August 20, 2026 – Refund request deadline for in-person registrations (60 days prior to the close of registration)
October 12, 2026 – Final registration deadline (7 days prior to the event)
Last day to register for in-person or virtual attendance
Deadline to submit substitution requests
All registrations must be paid in full
Membership Rates
Discounted member registration rates are available to current, paid NACEP members only.

Refund Policy
Refund requests for in-person registrations must be submitted by August 20, 2026.
Approved refunds will be issued minus a $100 administrative fee.
No refunds will be granted after August 20, 2026.
Virtual registrations are non-refundable.
Substitutions
If a registered attendee is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to another individual.
All substitution requests must be submitted by October 12, 2026, using the official substitution form.
Final Note
After the refund deadline, no refund requests will be honored.
Substitutions: If you register and are unable to attend, you may substitute another person in your place by using this form.
Liability: NACEP reserves the right to cancel the conference in the event of circumstances beyond its control. The total amount of liability of NACEP and its partners will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Attendees who purchase non-refundable airline tickets do so at their own risk.
Fees for this self-sustaining conference are estimated to cover costs, including staff salaries, registration, conference program app, recordkeeping, planning and evaluation, and may include food, alcohol, taxes, service fees to vendors, and room rebate fees from the event hotel.
