SUMMARY:2020 NACEP Western Regional Conference
DESCRIPTION:Important Announcement Regarding WRC & COVID-19\n 03/23/2020\nEvery year\, we look forward to connecting with our colleagues and community\, we were excited to do so in Las Vegas on May 21st and 22nd. However\, given the growing concerns around COVID-19\, including strong warnings related to travel and meetings\, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s regional conference.\nAs we previously shared\, we have closely monitored reports and guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)\, as well as information provided by other expert sources. Our primary concern has been\, and will always remain\, the health and safety of our members\, staff and other participants. This is an unprecedented health emergency which we must all take very seriously and act to protect the health of our community.\nWe truly appreciate your understanding and support.\nPlease see below for answers to questions you may have regarding refunds for pre-paid registration and other arrangements for the event.\nREGISTRATION\nWill my registration fee be refunded for the Western Regional Conference?\nWe are happy to offer you three options for your registration fees: \nYou can cancel your registration for a full refund\nYou can apply your fees to register for the 2020 National Conference in St. Louis\, Missouri.\nYou can apply your fees towards a new NACEP membership or your 2020 membership renewal. \nPlease let us know how you would like us to handle your registration fee by April 17th\, 2020 by contacting Jameka Eubanks via email at jeubanks@nacep.org. If you do not cancel your registration by the deadline\, we will hold the fee to apply towards registration for the 2020 National Conference in St. Louis\, Missouri.\nWhat if I registered for the Accreditation Institute?\nNACEP will fully refund any fees charged for the pre-conference Accreditation Institute when you cancel your registration. Let us know how you would like the funds applied by April 17th by emailing Jameka Eubanks at jeubanks@nacep.org.
