This public webinar was jointly organized with the Institute for Evidence-Based Change (IEBC) and focused on program improvement. IEBC's Vice President Jordan E. Horowitz introduced the concept of the continuous program improvement cycle and its importance in creating a culture of inquiry and improvement, not just accountability, for concurrent enrollment partnerships. Continuous improvement cycles focus on four stages of action and reflection: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This virtual workshop reviewed promising practices related to these steps. Additionally, the confluence of the NACEP Evaluation Standards and continuous improvement cycles was explored. Participants learned ways to examine their own projects and to map gaps between what is intended and what is actually taking place.
