Jordan Patterson has worked for Missoula College of the University of Montana Registrar’s Office since 2008. She accepted the position as Montana Career Pathways and Dual Enrollment Director for Missoula College of the University of Montana in the summer of 2015.
Jordan loves working with high school and home school students in the concurrent enrollment program and assisting them in taking steps toward the next chapter of their lives. Jordan has lived in the Missoula Valley all her life and is a University of Montana graduate.
“I helped set up and clean up for the Western Regional Conference as well as helped attendees sign in. I have only volunteered once but hope to volunteer more in the future,” said Jordan, “I will continue to volunteer because it is nice to give back to an organization that is so amazing.” Jordan also moderated and coordinated a plenary panel for the Western Regional Conference.
Jordan’s most memorable experience with NACEP was the 2015 National Conference in Denver, Colorado. “It was the first conference I attended, for what was at the time my new job. It was such a positive experience and I learned so much,” she said.
Jordan added, “NACEP is a wonderful organization that can help institutes who have established concurrent programs as well as those who are just starting out.”
Jordan enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and their two daughters, working in her garden, and reading. And, she noted, she loves banana pudding!
