Membership Application Process

Overview

  1. Review and select the best membership category for your personal or institutional purpose
  2. Provide the application information and contact the NACEP treasurer
  3. Follow the directions given regarding payment process
  4. Receive a NACEP membership receipt and Welcome Packet including your member certificate
  5. Respond to your annual renewal
  6. Enjoy your NACEP membership benefits and new colleagues

Process Details

Step One

Review and select from our listing the most appropriate NACEP membership category for either yourself as an individual or the organization you represent.

Exception:
The Accredited College/University membership is awarded by the NACEP Board after completion of the accreditation review process rather than through a membership application.

Step Two

Prepare the information required for your application. If applying as a partner institution or college/university category, be prepared to identify the Primary Contact and include names of others to be included as allowed by the category. Click here to download the application form.

Step Three

Submit your completed application to:

Step Four

You will receive your receipt within a couple of weeks. Your Welcome Packet will include your member certificate and will be sent as soon as your application is processed.

Step Five

The membership calendar year is January 1st to December 31st. Please respond to your annual renewal notification as promptly as possible to ensure your continued membership.

Accredited members also will:
  • Receive permission to use the NACEP Seal on their program publications
  • Be eligible to hold organizational leadership positions
  • National acknowledgement of the high quality and rigor of your program
  • Be eligible to mentor members seeking accreditation
