The general education courses of the Interstate Passport has gained a lot of momentum at community colleges across the nation.  Our college used this a kick start to help local high schools in offering a program of study to students who may not know where they are going after high school.  Laramie County Community College found that 74% of concurrent or dual enrollment students went on to college. This opportunity allowed us to train students with skills to be successful in following their college-bound aspirations or to further their career goals after high school.  The college and school district crossed hurdles of teacher approval, curriculum, and funding.  Participants of this webinar will cross the finish line with knowledge about how to provide equal access to all students.
